Os Billboard Music Awards 2016 atraíram muitos músicos e famosos, na noite do último domingo, dia 22, na T-Mobile Arena, em Las Vegas.
Durante a cerimónia foram distribuídos mais de 45 prémios em diversas categorias, mas a grande vencedora da noite foi a cantora Adele, que recebeu a maior homenagem da noite, o 'Top Artist'.
A artista britânica não esteve presente no evento, pois encontra-se em digressão, porém, gravou alguns vídeos de agradecimento, que acabaram por ser exibidos.
O cantor The Weeknd, que detinha o maior número de nomeações, também saiu vitorioso dos Billboard Music Awards, tendo recebido oito troféus.
